23 weeks, three on-site visits in Lima.

Mar 28 – 31, 2016
Visit I — Discovery

Kickoff presentations with the GGO managements, lateral-thinking and communication workshops, and interviews with Technical Office, Quality, IT, Project Controls and the Clínica Internacional and Torre del Parque projects.

May 24 – 26, 2016
Visit II — Validation

Review of the requirements analysis, the process and service mapping, the organizational structure with a growth vision to 2020, the org chart, role definitions with KPIs, and the professional competency assessment. Progress meeting with Fernando Valdez.

Aug 24 – 27, 2016
Visit III — Delivery

Final results presented to the VDC Director, the Executive Vice Presidency, the GGO functional areas and the VDC team. PPT innovation workshops (People + Processes + Technology) to protect the dream of operating through VDC methodologies.
